Development of J-type, with three bearing crankshaft, sturdier chassis, better brakes. PA (1934), 847cc, four cylinder ohc engine (36bhp at 5500rpm), twin SU carburettors, four-speed gearbox. PB (1935 on), 939cc engine (43bhp at 5500rpm); slatted instead of plain radiator.
